Which Archer Class do you believe is the best OVERALL?

FYI: HE (Hawkeye) PR (Phantom Ranger) SR (Silver Ranger)
FYI2: OVERALL includes Player vs. Environment (Like Mobs) AND Player vs. Player AND During Siege.

PR simply cause they got same range as SR, and where SR kite, PR stands and shot ... Deadeye skill makes them deadliest archer in the game, ofcourse official.
In L2R, it doesnt really pay off being a PR duo to leming with +25 artemis doing more damage than you could possibly ever do
